"Come at me, bro!"

While walking out of our promotion ceremony practice, this conversation occurred: EW: "Hey, M'Lowe, did they use to use slang back in the 1800s?" Me: "Yeah, of course they did, but it was way different from ours." EW: "Do you know any of their slang?" Me: ", why?" EW: "We do! In 2012, kids are like, 'Come at me, bro!' But in the 1800s, they were like, 'Come hither me, brethren!'"
